The Centre of Excellence aims to transform into a dynamic innovation hub by implementing rigorous standardization protocols, facilitating prototype realization, and offering comprehensive support for IoT solutions. Through its robust infrastructure and expert guidance, the Centre envisions empowering entrepreneurs to contribute significantly to the realization of an Atmanirbhar Bharat.

Objectives

The primary goal of the centre is to cultivate inventive applications and domain expertise by tapping into the innovative spirit of the startup community while capitalizing on the knowledge and experience of corporate entities.

The following are the major objectives of Alliance University IoT COE.

  • Develop innovative applications and domain expertise across various sectors to address the nation's needs, including Smart City initiatives, advancements in healthcare (Smart Health / Wearable), manufacturing (Smart Manufacturing, IIoT, Industry 4.0), and agriculture (Smart Agriculture).
  • Encourage entrepreneurship, technological incubation, product development, research, and technology development in the Internet of Things and related domains.
  • Create a central team of IoT researchers to develop modern curriculum updates, training facilities, cutting-edge technology, and skill sets for integration into the current educational system.
  • Align education with the latest industry demands to improve student employability through this initiative.
